How to Measure Yourself
1. Chest:
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, about 2cm below the armpits. Tip: keep the tape snug but not tight.
2. Waist:
Measure around the narrowest section of your torso.
3. Jeans Waist:
Measure around your waist approximately two inches below your belly button.
4. Hips:
Measure just above the widest part of your hips, across your bottom. Tip: stand naturally with your legs slightly apart.
5. Sleeve Length:
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the base of your neck to the elbow, then down to the wrist. Tip: having a friend assist makes this easier.
6. Inseam:
Use a pair of pants that fits well and measure from the crotch seam down to the hem along the inner leg.
